Problems and Inconsistencies and Their Potential Solutions for Sampling and Analysis of EPA Method 202 Condensible PM Samples.
Resolution Analytics has recently conducted extensive testing on potential problems in the new EPA Method 202 sampling procedure, specifically;
1. Problems arising from the change of solvent used in sampling from Methylene Chloride to Hexane and it’s potential reactivity with various storage containers.
2. The limitations of Teflon membrane filters when sampling high sulfur dioxide emission sources.
